I am so excited to share this surprise engagement proposal for Kevin and Samantha that I photographed at Disneyland.  Kevin reached out to me from Australia where he and Samantha live and asked me to shoot his engagement proposal when they came to vacation at the Disney Resort in Anaheim, California.

I have to say that major props got out to this guy as he had it all planned out to be a moment that Samantha would never forget.  This girl got to be a princess for the evening.  The romantic date started with a horse drawn Cinderella Carriage from their hotel by Savannah Rose Carriages which dropped them off at Disneyland.  Kevin’s plan was to do his engagement proposal in front of the Cinderella Castle, so it all tied in to the theme.  I watched them start the ride down the street in the carriage then got in place where they would step off the carriage.  All of the shots were captured from a distance.  As I followed them down Main Street in Disneyland, Samantha had no idea I was there.  I was able to capture all of the small moments prior to their proposal, the actual engagement and then we took a few shots of the two together after they got engaged.  My eyes teared up in this special moment.  I am truly inspired by these precious times in peoples lives that I get to capture.  It was so wonderful to see them so happy.

You are going to love this one!  A big congratulations to Kevin and Samantha on their beautiful engagement.  Thanks for having me be a part of this awesome day.  We hope to see you at the wedding as we would love to go to Australia and photograph it.
